TTC Participates in the 5th SME E-Commerce Conference

TTC participated in the 5th Small & Medium Enterprises(SME) E-commerce Conference on April 24 and 25, which was hosted in Shenzhen Wuzhou Guest House jointly by Ebrun.com and Shenzhen Information Industry Association.
Over 1,000 representatives from small and medium enterprises in China were present at the conference, to exchange their experiences about e-commerce development. Agreement on strategic cooperation was reached between China Unicom and Mysteel.com. Koichi Nakamura, CEO of Baidu & Rakuten’s joint venture, made a speech at the conference talking about the new e-commerce strategies implemented by the JV. Besides, Shenzhen Market Supervision & Administration Department released at the conference the Report 2010 for Chinese B2B E-commerce Strategies, as well as the measures to promote a sound and rapid development of Shenzhen e-commerce market.
As one of the participants at this conference, Mr. Zhou Zhengkun, Vice President of TTC, joined the forum section discussing how the enterprises in Pearl River Delta should solve the problem of only production but no sale. Based on the experience from China Watch Net, he made an analysis of the possible ways how Chinese timepiece brands, especially Shenzhen local brands, should take advantage of e-commerce to seize development opportunity.
